Mexico is one of the highest seismic activities. Mexico is located near three Tectonic plates. One of Mexico's largest earthquakes was in 1985. It was a magnitude 8. And killed 9,500 people. Mexico is backed by The World Bank which helps third world countries in times of destruction.

Hello Mr. Luna, just wanted to let you know that I was living in Mexico City when the 1985 earthquake took place. It was horrible, we weren't prepared. I think that my family is ready if we have to experience another quake like the one in 1985.
